10+ years of experience · Confidential · Multilingual

Every person carries a unique story.
Sometimes life becomes overwhelming. Painful experiences, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties or challenges within the family can leave us feeling stuck and alone.
You don't have to carry that burden by yourself.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood and begin to reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

Rosita Alamdar
Trauma-informed Systemic Psychotherapist
Specialised in Children, Adolescents, Adults & Families
Since 2015 I have accompanied people through many different life situations. For me, therapy does not begin with a problem – it begins with a person and their very own story.
I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for change. Sometimes all that is needed is a safe place, time, and someone who listens attentively and without judgement.
My roots in the fine arts and my systemic training continue to shape my therapeutic approach to this day. I am currently pursuing doctoral research at the Medical University of Vienna, bringing together scientific insight and mindful, human care.
I work in German, English and Persian and particularly enjoy accompanying people who are navigating trauma, migration, cultural identity or difficult life transitions.
Perhaps right now you do not need to be strong. Perhaps you simply need a place where you are allowed to be exactly as you are. That is the space I wish to create.

Support that fits you
Every person and every family is unique. Together we find the path that feels right for you.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can influence the way we think, feel, relate to others and experience everyday life. Whether the experience comes from childhood, relationships or overwhelming life events, healing is possible. Together we create a safe therapeutic relationship where difficult experiences can be understood, emotional regulation strengthened and resilience restored.
Learn moreChild & Adolescent Therapy
Children and young people often communicate emotional distress through behaviour rather than words. Anxiety, school difficulties, emotional withdrawal or family transitions can all become overwhelming. Therapy provides a safe environment where children and adolescents can feel understood, while parents receive guidance and support throughout the process.
Learn moreFamily Therapy
Families naturally experience change and challenges throughout life. Family therapy helps improve communication, strengthen relationships and create healthier ways of connecting with one another.
Couples Therapy
Healthy relationships require openness, trust and communication. Couples therapy offers a respectful environment where partners can better understand each other, resolve conflicts and strengthen emotional connection.
Parent Counselling
Support with parenting questions, transitions and everyday family challenges.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes we simply need a place where we can breathe, reflect and be ourselves without judgement. Individual psychotherapy offers a confidential space to explore emotions, gain new perspectives and create lasting personal growth.
Stress Management
Anxiety, exhaustion, life crises or grief – support and steady guidance through difficult phases.
Personal Growth
Understanding yourself better, discovering your resources and growing as a person.
Intercultural Counselling
Migration, integration and cultural identity – empathetic support, also in Persian.
Healing is not about fixing people.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed and systemic psychotherapy, recognising that every person is shaped by their relationships, life experiences and unique strengths. Together we work at your own pace, with respect, curiosity and compassion – creating a relationship where safety and trust allow real change to happen.
